Delivery Terms
The manufacturers deliver the product direct to your doorstep. On the day of delivery, we ask that if assistance is required to lift the product over the threshold, then help must be there, otherwise it will be at the discretion of the driver. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delivery delays.
Delivery Times & General Information.
Delivery of items to our customers usually takes place between 3 to 4 weeks direct from the manufacturer after confirmation of order or purchase. 

Any evidence of damage will be apparent when the package is unwrapped and we urge our customers to refuse any such affected items by not signing the delivery document, which confirms that the customer is happy that the delivery has arrived in perfect condition. Gateway Services are keen to ensure your product is in the very best condition.

All deliveries MUST be signed for and we must have payment before we deliver, as we do not operate cash on delivery policy. On receipt of your goods please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages not apparent from an external inspection or missing items within 3 working days. Outside of 3 working days the manufacturers, the carriers or ourselves cannot be held responsible for cosmetic damage or missing parts.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 3 working days starting the day after you received the goods. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by the manufacturer, the goods must be returned at your cost and are in the original undamaged packaging. If they are not returned we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Items returned to us in a damaged condition cannot be resold as new so will either be returned or sold as a second. In these cases it will be necessary to establish how much can be recovered before a formal refund can be made.

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item once the product has been inspected by the respective supplier's engineers, provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within the 12 months guarantee period we will arrange to repair or replace the product to you free of charge. It is usual for us to request a service engineer representing the relevant manufacturer of the product purchased as our agent to visit your home to accurately verify the problem.
 
Collections
Gateway Services also offers a limited collection service. There will be an additional charge for this service.
